The Cross Cascades North Study Team report has been posted. This study team was created as part of the 2011 System Assessment process. The report compares system expansion alternatives to increase the West of Cascades North interface voltage stability limit and specifies the next steps should include addressing the conditions that trigger the need for system expansion and the prerequisite projects outside of the West of Cascades North interface.
