ColumbiaGrid files comments on FERC's NOPR on Transmission Planning & Cost Allocation


On September 29th, ColumbiaGrid filed comments with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on their Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Transmission Planning and Cost Allocation by Transmission Owning and Operating Public Utilities. The filing can be found at the following pdf link.
