First amendment to the Variable Tranfer Limits Functional Agreement

Contact: Patrick Damiano

In a closed Special Member Meeting on December 29, 2014, the Members of ColumbiaGrid unanimously authorized ColumbiaGrid to enter into the first amendment to the Variable Transfer Limits (VTL) Functional Agreement by and between ColumbiaGrid and all eight of the Members. This amendment accomplishes the following:

1. It extends the term from December 31, 2021 to June 30, 2015, and

2. Changes the billing methodology for overhead costs in the event the MTPO is increased (see sections A1.1.1 and A1.2.).

In accordance with Section 1.1 of the agreement, ColumbiaGrid will post a final report of the study results on its website. This report is anticipated to be published by early spring 2015.
