Variable Transfer Limits Functional Agreement


In a Special Member Meeting on May 30, 2014, the Members of ColumbiaGrid unanimously authorized ColumbiaGrid to enter into the Variable Transfer Limits (VTL) Functional Agreement by and between ColumbiaGrid and all eight of the Members.

Also on May 30, 2014, immediately following the Special Member Meeting, ColumbiaGrid’s Board of Directors authorized ColumbiaGrid to execute the Variable Transfer Limits Functional Agreement and also authorized ColumbiaGrid to enter into an agreement with a vendor to perform the Statement of Work and Study Methodology developed by a collaboration between ColumbiaGrid members, NTTG’s members, PNGC, and CAISO to study VTL on the Northwest AC Intertie, Bonneville’s network system, and possibly the other Bonneville interties.
