OASIS & Trans. Svcs. Overview

ColumbiaGrid's Open-Access Same-time Information System (OASIS) Program begins in 2008 with investigation and development work towards a Common Queue methodology and also a Common ATC process. In 2009, implementation starts with a single OASIS web interface for interconnection and transmission service requests across the member and qualified non-member participant systems.
