Outage Coordination Details
Under the terms of DSRFA, ColumbiaGrid will monitor regional outage coordination processes. Specifically, ColumbiaGrid will become familiar with the Northwest Power Pool’s scheduled outage procedure and learn about the operation of the associated software tools. ColumbiaGrid’s initial task is to provide a written recommendation for enhancing the outage coordination among parties to the reliability agreement. The interim recommendation, expected to be completed in December 2007, will be published on ColumbiaGrid’s website when it is available.
