The I-TAP, or Intra-Hour Transaction Accelerator Platform, project has received sufficient signers to the Agreement of Interest to move forward to the next step.  The participants have decided that a critical mass has now been reached, and a decision has been made to proceed forward with issuing the Request for Proposal regarding the design, implementation and operation of I-TAP in the next couple of weeks.

The number of parties to the non-binding Agreement of Interest is currently up to 14, with a few more entities indicating that they will likely sign on soon.
