The transmission planning staff may provide future support for the OASIS program in developing and implementing common queueing on the ColumbiaGrid OASIS for transmission service and interconnection requests.
It is contemplated in the Planning and Expansion Functional Agreement that separate agreements or amendments to the planning agreement may be required for these purposes.
