ColumbiaGrid has a three-member, independent board of directors that meets on a regular basis. Special meetings are called as needed, as are meetings to provide outreach to other entities in the region. Board meetings are open to the public, although the board may meet in a closed session for discussion of items requiring confidential treatment. Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of ColumbiaGrid currently meet four times per year: the third Wednesday in February, June, and September, and the second Wednesday in December. These meetings are held at the ColumbiaGrid office and are open to the public. An advance meeting notice is sent to the Interested Persons list to announce the meetings.

ColumbiaGrid calls Special Member Meetings as necessary, e.g., for the annual director election vote in August, or to vote on entering into a new functional agreement. A Biannual Member Meeting is held in February and October each year prior to the Board Meeting.
