ColumbiaGrid facilitated an Open Season Scoping Process through which regional transmission providers, transmission customers and interested personsexamined alternative transmission service business practices. The work group published the final report on December 14, 2011. The report is available below entitled the "Final Report of the MSOS Scoping Process."
