Northern Mid C Report Posted

The study of the Northern Middle Columbia area around Wenatchee Washington has been completed and posted.  This study report concludes that the best one-utility plan of service is the construction of a 230 kV line from Douglas PUD’s new Rapids substation to Bonneville’s Columbia substation.  The ownership and cost responsibility for this project will be determined in the upcoming cost allocation process.
