Canada-NW- No. California Avista Interconnection Overview

In conjunction with PG&E’s Canada - NW - Northern California Project, Avista is planning a 500 MW interconnection west of Spokane in the Devil’s Gap area. The proposed in service date for this project is 2015. This project is currently going through the Phase 1 Rating process via the WECC Technical Study Coordination Group.
